Return / Exchange

  1. Please examine the goods immediately upon collection / delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to us by email including a photo or video attached  within 24 hours of the time of collection/ delivery; otherwise naturaLab shall have the discretion to refuse your claim.


  1. For hygiene reasons, naturaLab does not offer exchange or refund if you change your mind after receiving the product, unless it concerns the delivery of an incorrect  item  or the product was already damaged upon delivery. You may contact naturaLab for pick up (only in Amsterdam) or deliver to naturaLab in case of a faulty or damaged product. naturaLab will process the exchange or refund within 7 working days and bear the postage cost for return and exchange.


  1. Exchange of the product or a refund may only take place in case:

  •  the product is in bad condition / damaged upon delivery/collection.

  • the product is expired / damaged inside packaging after collection/ delivery; and you contact naturaLab within 24 hours.

  • the product ordered is different from the item collected/delivered.

naturaLab will inspect the returned product. If one or more of the conditions of the above terms 3 b & c is met, you are entitled to  an exchange of the product or select a product at the same value (the value at which you bought your initial product), or receive a refund.



  1. naturaLab may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. naturaLab will notify you if this is the case and return your payment. Refund will be credited into your account with which you paid.
